@comcastcares for two years all we’ve had is problems with our business Internet probably 20 service calls, all equipment changed in and out. they just can’t make it work.It goes off 4 min Then back on for different amounts of time but 4 min off all day but not everyday. No help

@Singlet0n17 @Xfinity I had the same issue. This is not Xfinity problem. It's how bogged down the servers are with as many people at one time trying to do the same. My Xbox speed was at 257 Mbps and was only DL the update at less that 5 Mbps. Now currently stuck at 100% and game won't work.

@verizonfios @VerizonSupport has the WORST services!!! Been trying to change from @comcast since 12/24! Buried team didn’t come twice last week, spent 7hrs in hold time on phone/chat. Next appointment 01/14!!! NO INTERNET YET!!! You better come tomorrow or you’ll be buried!

@DaveWedge @Xfinity @YouTubeTV My Dad is a Syracuse fan and in a similar situation. Xfinity has NESN but not ACCN. YTTV has ACCN but not NESN. Sucks to be an ACC sports fan in New England.

Was having problems with my @comcast upload for the millionth time tonight. Decided to drive to my under-construction apartment to upload over @verizonfios instead. in the time it took to drive there, upload over wifi and come back my file was still struggling... NEED TO MOVE!
