@Xfinity I am an existing triple play customer. Why must I provide my SS# to a representative before you will quote prices to change services? I do not give out my SS# for security reasons. @verizon and @TMobile do not require it. You are losing my business because of this.

@GamersNexus I worked tech support for Comcast, so I used their internal tools. In most markets anywhere between 25% and 70% of users on a given CMTS would have an unacceptably poor signal quality. Comcast hated to spend customers money on the services customers were paying for.

Dealing with @Xfinity is a lesson in non-customer centric thinking. Instead of making sure your loyal and best customers can get the best value or stay on the service, they just upsell/hard sell. Also they are not flexible/transparent with pricing.

@realTrevDev its WAY easier to click cancel online than to call a cable company who's going to upsell you and try to convince you to stay though. And those bundles varied wildly in price. AND often cable companies would add ghost charges. Comcast got sued for this. Can't compare the two tbh
